There seems to be some technical issue with the App. How can I fix it?

Please try to update the App to its latest version and clear the cache and App data (for Android devices).
 Steps to clear the cache and App data:

On your Android phone, open the Settings app.

  1. Tap Apps > See all Apps.

  2. Scroll down to “Google Play Services.”

  3. Tap Google Play Services.

  4. Tap Storage > Clear Cache.
