The mandala support is available to all those who have been initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya. If you recently completed the Inner Engineering program, please ensure you log into the app using the same email address you used to register for the program. Please note that it will take 24 hours after you have filled in the Program Completion Form before you can access this feature.
The feature can only be used once every six months. In case you recently completed a mandala, you may not have access to it.
If you have been initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, filled in the Program Completion Form, and did not complete a mandala using this feature in the last six months, but still get this error, please reach out to your our support team here support.innerengineering.com
